Items marked FREE SHIPPING! , (for example - All Dog Houses), will be shipped Free Of Any Charges!
In order to keep your costs down and our pricing simple, we either provide free shipping or, in certain cases, charge per item. This charge is indicated in your shopping cart and covers ground shipping within the continental United States. We won’t surprised you with any hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see is the price you pay!
Return Policy
We at Affordable Doghouses And Beds pride ourselves in providing top quality products. But, if you decide that the item is not what you wanted, please contact us within 30 days at 239-558-5742 or at AffordableDoghousesAndBeds@gmail.com for a “Return Authorization Number”, (RAN) and shipping instructions. You must have a RAN before returning any item, which is valid for 15 days from date of issuance.
Due to the arrangements we have with our manufacturers, all returned items must be in like-new, re-sellable condition in the original packaging including all parts, accessories and documentation, (including instructions and warranty cards), if applicable. You should also include a copy of your original invoice and a note explaining why you decided to return our product so that we can continue to improve our service. Unfortunately, we may have to charge a restocking fee on certain items.
When the item is received and has met the conditions listed above, we will issue a refund less the original shipping charges and the restocking fee, if applicable. Additionally, items shipped with “free shipping” will have the actual shipping cost deducted from the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued via check so that any rewards/miles that you have been awarded by the credit card company will not be lost.
We are not responsible for damage that occurs in transit by return, nor do we accept COD returns.
Please note that we make no profit on returns, we often incur a loss as a cost of doing business.
Backorder Policy
Occasionally shortages and out of stocks will occur. One reason may be that there is more demand for the item than we originally anticipated and our supplies have to restock with the additional inventory. Another reason may be due to a shortage of parts or materials. Or just plain bad weather.
When we experience this situation, your entire order will be shipped at one time if the out of stock item arrives within 5 working days of the date of your order.
If we don’t anticipate being able to restock quickly enough to meet the 5-working day period, your order will be shipped minus the out of stock item, and the item will be treated as a backorder. Your order becomes a high priority to us, and we will ship it to you as soon as it is received from the manufacturer.
Damaged Goods Policy
In the event you receive a defective item, (i.e. damaged goods not due to shipping, missing hardware or materials or material defect), you need to contact us within five days upon receipt. Product defect are covered by manufacturer warranty, therefore we will contact them so they can remedy the situation, such as immediately sending you missing parts. Please note: It is very important that you check the product when it arrives. Once the delivery is signed for, the shipper acknowledges that it arrived in good condition, and will not assume responsibility for damaged goods.
We ship by the most efficient means possible, however damage occasionally occurs. If a package appears to have obvious damage which may affect the product inside, refuse delivery, (if possible), or ask the carrier to note the damage on his shipping manifest. Please contact us within 24 hours at 239-558-5752 to report any damage sustained. If you find damage after delivery, save all of the packaging and packing materials and call us within 24 hours.
Once the product is accepted by you without notation of damage, it becomes your responsibility and, while Affordable Dog Houses and Beds will help with any latent damage claim, we are not liable for damage incurred after receipt and acceptance of the product.
Affordable Dog Houses And Beds strives to give you the best service available anywhere! An order placed and shipped from our manufacturers at your request is considered your responsibility as soon as it leaves their warehouse. Should you decide that you wish to refuse receipt of an item legitimately ordered from us, credit for the product less shipping charges to and from the warehouse and a 20% restocking fee.

Privacy Statement
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.
